I have 15 years of experience in teaching professionally in secondary and high school and in college-level environment in South Korea and China. Expertise with an open minded understanding of each students individual needs to reach their academic goals. Flexibility in various teaching methodologies that encourage students to learn, with interest and enthusiasm. In addition, a perpetual learner to adapt to and meet new challenges in student behaviors and using technology to improve teaching techniques. Have experience in teaching different age groups which require different methodologies of teaching as per age group. Have also given guidance and assistance to students who needed extra study in times of difficulties in their subjects.
